Dear Parents.
This week is looking like a very busy week! I will begin sending home daily reports about behavior and work habits. You should initial it and send it back the next day. If you have any comments feel free to add that to the report also.
The spelling list is as follows: had, pot, box, bag, ten, went, Thursday, and meatball. We will be testing the Seventh Commandment on Friday. “You should not steal”.
Technically today is our 100th day of school! For some reason we are behind in our count on our board. So we are going to be celebrating our 101st day and Valentines Day on the same day! If your child would like to bring something to share or Valentines we will be passing them out in the afternoon.
On Thursday of this week we will be working with clay with Ms. Petersen. She suggested that even with paint shirts it might be a good idea for the children to not wear their best clothes that day. I am looking forward to the project and with working with Ms. Petersen.
Also on Thursday evening the PTFA is having a Zoo Night. It is by reservation only and the limit is 50 people. If you want to see the animals you will need to reserve a spot soon. It should be very interesting!
Thank you for your continued support,
Mrs. Denise DeSart-Strasser
